Our policy for online purchases is as follows:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The product should be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • For apparel, tags must remain attached.
  • Grips and similar items must be unopened, with plastic intact on handles and unused.
  • The item, along with its packaging, must be in resalable condition.

Procedure for Returns:

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are available. Return the products to us, and upon receipt, we will dispatch the alternate size or product.
  • If there's a price difference between the exchanged items, we will contact you for further processing.

Important Note:

  • Refunds, credits, or replacements are not available if you change your mind, make an incorrect choice, or provide inaccurate information during the order process.

Damaged On Arrival (DOA):

If you receive a damaged product, report it within 24 hours of receipt. For potentially defective products, contact our Customer Service Team within 14 days of delivery for a preliminary assessment.

Other Returns:

Criteria for Credit, Refund, or Exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, including the packaging.

Specifics for Item Returns:

  • Racquets: Must be unused and show no signs of wear (e.g., ball fuzz, scratches on bumper guard). Note that stringing costs are non-refundable.
  • Shoes: Return in original condition using the shipping box provided. The shoe box should not have shipping labels or tape directly applied.
  • Apparel: Must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.

Assessment and Resolution:

  • Upon receiving the item in-store and conducting an assessment, we will issue a credit, refund, or exchange based on the details provided in the returns form.
  • If a product is determined not to be defective by our customer service or supplier, we reserve the right to refuse replacement or refund at our discretion.
