Delivery

All orders are dispatched utilizing the Australia Post eParcel service to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Upon delivery, a signature is required to receive your package. We kindly request that you include complete address details, including any Unit/Flat and Business names relevant to your order. In instances where no one is available to sign for the package during standard business hours, we recommend providing an alternative delivery address, such as your workplace. Please note that Australia Post does not leave parcels unattended. Should you be unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will be left indicating the nearest Australia Post outlet where your parcel can be collected.

The delivery schedule is dependent on Australia Post's operating hours and varies based on your location. Below is an estimated delivery timeline by region:

  • South East Queensland, Sydney & Melbourne Metro: 2 business days
  • Provincial Victoria, NSW, QLD, Metro Adelaide & ACT: 3 business days
  • Country South Australia, NSW, Victoria, Queensland & Metro Perth: 5 business days
  • Country Western Australia & Northern Territory: 7 business days

Please note that dispatch occurs only from Monday to Friday, and an additional working day is required for order processing prior to dispatch.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post Tracking number. You can monitor the status of your delivery via the Australia Post Track and Trace website at http://auspost.com.au/track/ using the provided tracking number.
